How It All Started
One April night in 2021, Jada Sullivan stood in front of his high school football team and talked about something deeper than X's and O's. He spoke about focus, fighting through adversity, and finishing what you start. He talked about the power of daily accountability and showed these young men what it meant to show up for yourself and your team.
Two weeks later, he got offered a coaching position. It wasn't random—it was proof that people respond when someone shows up with intention and speaks truth.
One day, texting a fellow coach, Jada wrote those same three words with a hashtag: #focusfightfinish. His friend texted back: #F3. In that moment, an acronym was born.
The very first day of spring practice, Jada jumped in the middle of the team and said: "If you're ready to get better today, loud and proud, let me get a F3." The whole team yelled back: "F3!" It was electric. A framework had become a rallying cry.
"It took me 19 years to get a 4-year degree, but guess what? I FINISHED."
What started as words to young men became a coaching philosophy, then apparel, then a best-selling book. But Jada knew the real impact would come from a tool that could meet people where they are—in their daily lives, in their moment of decision, when they need to choose: Will I focus? Will I fight? Will I finish?
That's why he partnered with his developer Jonesy to build F3 the app. A system that tracks daily accountability, connects you with your team, and shows you that every single day you have the power to choose discipline over excuses.
F3 isn't just an app. It's a daily commitment to becoming who you said you'd be.
