Built by Someone Who Gets It

F3 was born from a conversation in a high school locker room. What started as a challenge to a football team has grown into a movement that's changing how people think about accountability.

How It All Started

One April night in 2021, Jada Sullivan stood in front of his high school football team and talked about something deeper than X's and O's. He spoke about focus, fighting through adversity, and finishing what you start. He talked about the power of daily accountability and showed these young men what it meant to show up for yourself and your team.

Two weeks later, he got offered a coaching position. It wasn't random—it was proof that people respond when someone shows up with intention and speaks truth.

One day, texting a fellow coach, Jada wrote those same three words with a hashtag: #focusfightfinish. His friend texted back: #F3. In that moment, an acronym was born.

The very first day of spring practice, Jada jumped in the middle of the team and said: "If you're ready to get better today, loud and proud, let me get a F3." The whole team yelled back: "F3!" It was electric. A framework had become a rallying cry.

"It took me 19 years to get a 4-year degree, but guess what? I FINISHED."

What started as words to young men became a coaching philosophy, then apparel, then a best-selling book. But Jada knew the real impact would come from a tool that could meet people where they are—in their daily lives, in their moment of decision, when they need to choose: Will I focus? Will I fight? Will I finish?

That's why he partnered with his developer Jonesy to build F3 the app. A system that tracks daily accountability, connects you with your team, and shows you that every single day you have the power to choose discipline over excuses.

F3 isn't just an app. It's a daily commitment to becoming who you said you'd be.

JA
Jada Sullivan
Founder & CEO of F3

Jada is a husband, father of four kids and two grandkids, former college football player, high school football coach, entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Sports, Sports Management and Sociology) from Western Carolina University. He's also the owner of a successful moving company and has built an empire on the principle of accountability—both with his team and with himself.

From Setback to Breakthrough

Jada's personal story is the blueprint for F3. He was a college football player with a dream until a career-ending injury changed everything. Devastated, he left school one semester short of his degree. For 19 years, that incomplete diploma haunted him.

But Jada didn't stay down. He stayed in the fight. He built a moving company. He found coaching. He discovered that resilience isn't about never falling—it's about getting back up. And in 2019, at 19 years later, Jada walked across that stage and finished his degree.

"It took me 19 years to get a 4-year degree, but guess what? I FINISHED. That's the F3 way."

That same resilience—that refusal to quit even when the path is long and uncertain—is baked into every line of code in the F3 app. He built it because he knows what it feels like to need accountability. He knows what it means to struggle. And he knows that the only way through is to focus on what you can control, fight through the resistance, and finish no matter what.

The Vision Ahead

Jada's vision for F3 is bold and ambitious. He sees F3 in middle schools and high schools, helping young people build accountability before bad habits form. He sees it in college athletic programs, in youth camps, in Big Brother Big Sister programs—anywhere people are ready to commit to becoming their best selves.

In two years, F3 goes international. The framework that started in a high school locker room will reach across borders and time zones. Because accountability doesn't have a nationality. The fight to become who you're meant to be is universal.

Every person who downloads F3 becomes part of that movement. Every daily score you submit, every accountability partner you connect with, every time you choose discipline over excuses—you're proving that the F3 way works.
