App Group Storage: For watchOS and iOS widget synchronization, your data is stored in App Group containers using JSON encoding with ISO 8601 date formatting. This allows seamless synchronization between the main app, widgets, and Apple Watch complications while maintaining security.

Health Data: If you grant permission, F3 can read your health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit and Whoop. This data is read-only and never shared with third parties. We use it only to enhance your daily accountability score and insights.

We work with trusted third-party services to operate our App and improve your experience:

• Apple HealthKit: Read-only access to health and fitness data. No data is transmitted or shared.
• Whoop Integration: Health data access via HealthKit. No direct integration or data sharing.
